All our villas are carefully selected and checked by our team, anxious to offer you a service of excellence.

In partnership with many professionals in the region, we have developed a range of tailor-made services to satisfy all your desires, from the most sophisticated to the simplest: be it transfers by private jet, helicopter tours, personal assistants , from chefs, from boat rentals to tourist guides, we try to offer you a multitude of tips and activities to perfect your holidays in Corsica.

We are committed to putting all our advice and kindness at your service so that you have an unforgettable stay in Corsica. Finally, you will benefit from 7/7 assistance, in French and English, to meet the least of your needs.


  • How to register my property?

To register your property on our Platform, nothing could be easier! A form is available to you at the bottom of this page, it is an online form that you complete independently, with the information corresponding to your villa or apartment. As soon as the form is completed, our services receive a copy by email. Our Webmaster then creates a first model of your ad, from the information transmitted: type of accommodation, capacity, details of beds, property equipment, booking conditions, prices, availability, photos, etc.

Once the model is ready, we proceed to a verification call with you, allowing us to verify all the information transmitted: (equipment, options, availability, and prices); and to ask you all our essential questions about the accommodation and the services you provide during a rental.

We finally proceed to the connection (Ical) of your calendar, to avoid any over-booking, and to facilitate the management of availability thereafter. Once all these steps have been validated, your ad is ready to be published on our site and with our partners!

  • What are the membership conditions?

The only conditions of membership to the platform are: offer quality accommodation, in rental condition, maintained, and showing no particular anomalies;

- as soon as you are partners, we send you an agent on site, to ensure that the accommodation corresponds to the information and photos sent during registration -

By choice and in order to satisfy our tenant customers, we favor luxury goods: whether it is a mansion perched in Castagniccia, or an ultra modern architect's villa by the sea, our watchword is Quality !

No exclusivity conditions or fees will be requested during registration; membership to the platform is 100% free!

  • In this case, how do you pay yourself?

We increase your rates "net owners" by a commission ranging from 6 to 10% of the amounts set, thus, the costs are the responsibility of the tenants and not of the owners, which allows you to ensure income always interesting, in addition visibility.

  • Who sets the booking and cancellation conditions?

You set your own conditions yourself; when filling out the form, you will be asked to specify these different conditions; we only re transcribe the conditions you wish to apply: ex, you request 30% deposit upon booking, and the balance 30 days before the arrival of the tenants, and for the cancellation conditions, you specify that no deposit cannot be refunded for any cancellation made, in which case these conditions will appear on your advertisement.

  • When and how do I get paid?

We collect the deposit and rent for you, and transfer the balance to you as soon as the amounts are collected, according to the payment terms of our partners.

When you book directly on our site, you are paid instantly; if the reservation was made through one of our partners, the deadlines may be a little longer. In all cases, we always keep you informed of the payment deadlines.

  • How do I manage my calendar and availability?

To manage your availability, you recommend a connection in Ical, from your reference calendar (Channel manager, Airbnb, Booking aout other), this connection is made during the verification call, and allows us to synchronize our respective calendars automatically, without our having to intervene.

We also have the possibility of connecting calendars to TwoWay, that is to say that we receive your reservations through this Ical link, and we send you our link, which you can connect to your management interface, and which will allow you also to receive our reservations.

This system saves time and facilitates optimal management.
